Develop awareness and presence in the body through mindfulness, breath work, and steady gentle movement. Class will begin with a warm up followed by a combination of sitting and standing poses, balancing work, twists, and will end with a relaxing savasana meditation. This is a level one yoga class. Adaptations can be made for all levels.
