Develop awareness and presence in the body through mindfulness, breath work, and steady gentle movement. Class will begin with a warm up followed by a combination of sitting and standing poses, balancing work, twists, and will end with a relaxing savasana meditation. This is a level one yoga class. Adaptations can be made for all levels. 

Please Note: *Temporarily moved to Wills Park 1401 Point Street until June 15th Check-in begins 30 mins before class start time. Don't forget to sign-in with the Waterfront Partnership guide once you arrive to class so your attendance can be marked for the incentive program.
