Join us for this family friendly, beginner level yoga class. You will be guided through a series of accessible standing, seated, and reclined yoga poses. They are designed to help improve circulation, strength, balance and bring an overall sense of wellbeing. Not only will this class help you to reconnect with yourself, but your community, as well.
