Pilates is a low impact workout which helps to improve fitness and overall well-being by building strength, mobilizing the spine and cultivating a mind-body connection so you leave class feeling strong AF and empowered in your body.
The class format will be a 50 minute high energy workout with flows designed to target specific muscle groups. It will be a total body workout with many variations on how to execute the exercises. Every class is designed so all levels from the first timer to someone who practices regularly will have a great workout.
