Start your Saturday with with the centering and balancing practice of yoga. Release the stress of the week and begin your weekend refreshed with postures that will prepare you to both seize the day, and relax. Meet us at on the mat at 7am. Namaste.

Please Note: You do no need to pre-register or each class you plan on attending. Once you create an account and sign the electronic waiver, you may show up to ANY class at ANY time. Upon arrival to the class, be sure to check in on the iPad to track your attendance.
