Join MissionFit, a non-profit gym for inner-city youth, to whip all ages into shape. Coach Yoshwah will teach how and why form matters for foundational exercises and ways to make an exercise tailored to your fitness level and body type. But don't get it twisted; you will sweat and be challenged, both as an individual and a team! Bring your children, spouse, or friend to get this work!

Please Note: Check-in begins 30 mins before class start time. Don't forget to sign-in with the Waterfront Partnership guide once you arrive to class so your attendance can be marked for the incentive program.
