Bootcamp is designed to give you an intense full body workout in the shortest time possible. Implementing the progressive, personal style of the XPF system; you’ll be training using athletic drills, body weight exercises, plyometrics, and much more. Expect to lose weight, improve your overall fitness level and have fun!
