Ready to release all that COVID-19 related stress? This Outdoor Low Impact Bootcamp is for you! Give us 45mins and we will return the favor in sweat, fun and muscle fatigue. Expect the unexpected, with a mix of plyometrics, cardio and core work that continually changes and challenges. Modifications offered for any limitations, all fitness levels welcome.  Bring a towel and water bottle, you will need it!

Please Note: Check-in begins 30 mins before class start time. Don't forget to sign-in with the Waterfront Partnership guide once you arrive to class so your attendance can be marked for the incentive program.
