Join Jessi, NASM certified personal trainer and running coach with Charm City Run (@ceiriousgoals) for a bodyweight bootcamp intended to test your strength and stability. We'll work on total body strength, core and agility in this fast paced class. Bring a water bottle, yoga mat and a great attitude! All levels welcome.

Check-in begins 30 mins before class start time. Don't forget to sign-in with the Waterfront Partnership guide once you arrive to class so your attendance can be marked for the incentive program.
